The house was built from a monolithic structure according to the energy-efficient Velox technology of Austria – thermal insulation, sound insulation, strength and durability are beyond competition. For the house, the most durable materials were used, which do not require maintenance.
In the territory there is a garden house (50 sq.m.) with its own kitchen and a spacious room, and a sauna house (IGLU).
